These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the House of Memories mobile application (“App”) and all related digital services including subscriptions and membership features.
By registering in the App, the user accepts these Terms.

The operator provides digital services including:
Some features are only available through paid subscriptions.
A user account is required for full functionality.
The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
Accounts may be suspended if:
Subscriptions may be paid via credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
All prices are in euros including VAT.
Subscriptions renew automatically if auto-renew is enabled.
According to Article 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires once the user expressly agrees to immediate access to digital content.
Users may cancel at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are granted.
The user retains ownership of uploaded content.
The operator receives a non-exclusive, technically necessary license to store and display the content within the app.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.
The provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Berlin.
