applications, specializing in the aggregation of African products,
goods, and services from third-party vendors. It enables users to
browse, order, and pay for items from a variety of independently
operated shops and service providers. YUUNRI provides the technological
infrastructure for transactions but does not own, stock, or directly
sell any products listed on the platform.
All sales contracts are concluded directly between the customer and the
respective vendor. While YUUNRI facilitates order placement, payment,
and coordination of deliveries (via integrated third-party logistics
partners or vendor arrangements), it does not assume any liability for
the quality, legality, or delivery of goods and services offered by
vendors.
YUUNRI’s revenue model is based on:
A commission on each successful transaction,
Integration of third-party delivery services (delivery fees are passed through to the logistics partner),
Optional paid vendor services (e.g., premium listings or ads).
